By purchasing any paid service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments for digital services (including promotions, featured listings, and subscriptions) are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment processed but service was not delivered
  • System error on Bazar's side

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. User Errors

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect ad submissions
  • Wrong category selection
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of results or responses to listings

5. Abuse and Fraud

Bazar reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • abuse of the platform
  • violation of Terms and Conditions
  • suspected fraud or manipulation

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Bazar is not responsible for transactions between users and does not issue refunds related to such transactions.
