Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings and the completion of transactions.
3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments
Certain services on Bazar (such as promotions, subscriptions, or featured listings) may require payment.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Bazar does not store or process card details directly.
By making a payment, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms displayed on the platform.
5. No Guarantee of Transactions
Bazar does not guarantee the completion, quality, or legality of any transaction between users.
We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
6. Content Responsibility

Bazar does not verify all listings and does not guarantee their accuracy.
7. Prohibited Content
The following goods and services are not permitted on the platform:
- Stolen objects
- Gambling
- Pornographic material
- Any product which violates copyright laws
- Drugs and products for drug use
- Threatened or protected wildlife, plants and insects
- Weapons, ammunition and fireworks
- Online and offline money loans
8. Right to Remove Content
Bazar reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.
This may occur without prior notice.
9. Fees and Refunds
All payments made for services such as promotions or subscriptions are non-refundable, unless required by law.
In cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations, Bazar reserves the right to suspend accounts without refund.
